Suzy has a degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Masters in the same field. She is also a qualified special education teacher. In her previous role she was providing shadow support to children in both the mainstream and special education environment. She has worked with different groups of children over the past years - underprivileged, delinquents, special needs - as a private tutor, a researcher and a shadow support teacher.
Suzy has a calm, confident manner about her that helps put the children she is working with at ease.
Suzy loves working with children as she believes they often teach us to love and give love as much as we can. What better way to help than to support their holistic development. Her varied experiences have showed her how important a child’s development is during early childhood.
“No child left behind” is a quote that Suzy stands strongly by. Every child, whatever their circumstances, deserves the same opportunities as everyone else. They do not deserve to be penalised for being themselves, or for how they were born. She wants to be that person that helps them make changes for a better future. What she loves most about her job is the fulfillment she gets when a child shows confidence in something that he/she used to struggle with.
