Thila has over 15 years of teaching experience and has worked with both pre-schoolers and primary students with EAL backgrounds, as well as students with a variety of learning needs, including dyslexia and dysgraphia, ADD and ADHD. She has also taught enrichment programmes in various preschool settings with different vendors which has taught her to adapt and cater to the different needs and demands of children. She prides herself on creating a classroom environment that accommodates the needs of her students’ learning. Her skills in differentiated instruction, assistive technology, and multi-sensory lesson planning allow her to meet the needs of every student.
Thila has a charming enthusiasm about her which creates a safe and nurturing environment for the children that encourages their social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
